This is a new Column Shift Indicator Lens for the TH350/400 and the Overdrive Transmission when installed in a car originally equipped with a Powerglide. The lens is laser and machine cut from clear plastic, with white paint filled letters.

This is a new SHIFTWORKS® conversion that will allow anyone with the Automatic Column Shift dash to convert the Factory Indicator to show as either a 3-speed TH automatic transmission or as a 4-speed OverDrive automatic transmission.
