This kit will convert your 1993-97 4L60E transmission to a factory mechanical speedometer while retaining a functional VSS capability. This is a simple 30 minute bolt-on installation.
The conversion kit includes the tail housing, new speedometer sleeve with new gear, new VSS sensor, new reluctor/drive gear bushing, and bolts.

This kit will convert your 1998 and up 4L60E transmission to a factory mechanical speedometer and still have a functional VSS capability. This is a simple 30 minute bolt on installation.
The conversion kit includes: machined billet adapter that mounts to the 6-bolt stock transmission allowing the standard 4-bolt tail housing to bolt upright. It includes a new mechanical speedometer sleeve with a new gear, and a reluctor/drive gear bushing assembly. This gear assemble drives the mechanical speedo and operates the VSS sensor.
Tail housing options include standard mount (as shown) or no mount.

This kit will convert your T-56 transmission to a factory mechanical speedometer and still have a functional VSS capability. This is a simple 30 minute bolt on installation. You must include rear axle gear ratio and tire diameter.

The SW44 kit will give your 4L80E transmission a factory manual speedometer hook up that uses all new GM parts and does not interfere with any stock electrical configurations. The tail housing is the same length as the stock tail housing which means you can use your existing drive shaft.
SW44 kit includes new tail housing, drive gear, sleeve and driven gear, sleeve retainer, and bolt. Tail housing bolts can be added if needed. This is a simple 30-minute bolt on installation. When ordering, provide rear axle gear ratio and tire diameter.

Mechanical Speedometer Conversion
This kit will convert your 4554 RFE transmission to a factory mechanical flex shaft driven speedometer.
The conversion requires that you send in your old tail housing.
When returned to you, the purchaser, it can simply be reinstalled.
